Alberto, of counsel to the firm, practices in the areas of corporate and commercial transactions, in addition to commercial litigation. Mr. Moris also practices in South Florida where he represents various commercial entities as diverse as airlines, air cargo companies, real estate development companies, property management companies, construction companies and contractors. In addition to Latin American clients with business interests in the U.S., Mr. Moris services our firm’s clients in Puerto Rico and our firm’s corporate clients in the U.S.

Mr. Moris graduated from the University of Miami in 1987 and from Emory University School of Law in 1990. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Southern District of Florida, in addition to the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. He is multilingual in Spanish and French.

Attorney Moris practices in the following areas of Law:

Mr. Moris is an Agent of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund and issues title policies through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He is multilingual in Spanish and French. Since 2007, Mr. Moris has also been an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University School of Law where he teaches International Business Transactions to Third Year law students.
