USCIS Announces Citizenship and Integration Grant Opportunity
USCIS announced today the availability of the Citizenship and Integration Grant Program, a competitive grant opportunity which promotes immigrant civic integration and prepares permanent residents for citizenship. The program will provide nearly $10 million in funding for citizenship preparation programs in communities across the country. Organizations selected for funding will offer both citizenship instruction and naturalisation application services to permanent residents. There will be about 40 recipients selected to receive the funds in September of 2013. Applications are due by 22 May 2013. To apply, contact Ortega-Medina & Associates for additional information.
